Mahkameh Tracy’s mission is to enhance and nurture human health and well-being, recognizing the inherent value of every patient.
She completed her Family Medicine residency at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she also undertook specialized training in Integrative Medicine. Dr. Tracy earned her certification in Integrative Medicine through the University of Arizona and is a board-certified family medicine physician and a medical examiner. She has since completed her fellowship training through the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine, further deepening her expertise in holistic and patient-centered care.
In addition to patient care, she has a strong research background. Her work includes publications on weightlifting-related injuries, with focused reviews on shoulder injuries, chest and upper extremity conditions, and low back injuries, published in academic medical repositories and edited by leading physicians. Earlier in her career, she served as a Research Assistant at Taleghani Hospital in Tehran, Iran, where she contributed to a comparative study examining heart necropsies of mustard gas victims versus a control group.
Through both her clinical practice and scholarly work, Dr. Tracy integrates evidence-based medicine with a comprehensive, whole-person approach to health.
