MedNOW has a provider on-call during evening and weekend hours when our office is closed. The purpose of the on-call provider is to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding your treatment. The on-call provider can also discuss an acute/new medical problem or concern and help determine if, when and where you should be seen.
The on-call provider does not refill medications.
The on-call provider cannot call in any controlled substances such as narcotic pain medications or anxiety medications such as benzodiazepines. Please make sure to discuss medication refills with the office during normal business hours.
